- Once you have logged in to your account, head to the top bar and select season tickets and then Renew Season Ticket:
2. After you have selected that option you will see your associated season tickets that are available to Renew and the options available to each season ticket,
3. It will then confirm the price categories and the price involved in each category,
4a. You will then get the available payment methods
4b. On Account credit, that has been accrued via Ticket Resale, can be used as part payment towards a season ticket renewal. The screenshot below shows an On Account credit which displays on the Checkout page.
If you do not want to use the credit then you can click remove, to remove the credit as part payment. If you only want to use a proportion of your On Account credit then you would need to contact the Ticket Office, during opening hours and buy your renewal over the phone or in person.

6. Once you finalised the payments you will get a confirmation email and you will see it in your season tickets
