If your scheduled direct debit payment has not been collected on the specififed date, please allow 5-7 working days before contacting the ticket office.
After this period, please visit the ticket office, submit a request or call 0371 911 1973 for us to take a manual payment. Please note, this is subject to a £20 admin fee.
Failure to pay may result in entry being restricted and possible cancellation of your season ticket subject to the terms and conditions.
