This option to pay online will appear 3-5 days after your failed payment, when the Ticketing team has received a banking report and updated your payment schedule. If you are a Monzo account holder, please contact your bank to ensure future payments from Sunderland AFC are not restricted.
Supporters can now settle a failed direct debit payment directly from their online account, following the steps below:
- Log in to tickets.safc.com with your Supporter ID and password
- Hover over your initials in the top right and click 'Direct Debits'
- Select your failed payment and click the 'Pay by Debit/Credit Card' button
Please note, the 'Pay By Debit/Credit Card' option is only available for failed payments and supporters are advised not to pay future instalments in advance, as you may still be charged.
