We're delighted to announce that 2025-26 Seasonal Car Parking passes are now available to be renewed by contacting the Ticket Office in-person, or over the phone on 0371 911 1973.
Our opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10am - 5pm. Please note, we're currently experiencing high demand, and it may take longer than normal to get through to us.
Please note your parking space will be reserved until 5pm on Friday 8th of August. Once we’ve received your renewal, we will organise your parking pass to be posted to you, (postage fee of £2) please note collection is not available.

Charges will not be applied on Sunderland AFC men’s first-team matchdays.
