Supporters who were issued a physical card before the start of the 2024-25 season and renewed during the 2025-26 season ticket early bird period will receive their new card before the start of the 2025-26 season and do not need to take any further action. This is free of charge.
Supporters who were issued a physical card after the start of the 2024-25 season and renewed during the 2025-26 season ticket early bird period can now request this by contacting the Ticket Office in-person or by submitting a request. This is free of charge.
Physical cards are only available for supporters who have a genuine need and the club reserves the right to refuse requests where supporters are able to use digital tickets. The Premier League require all clubs to use digital tickets and Sunderland AFC are asking all able supporters to use them. Supporters who are not part of the two groups listed above and have no genuine alternative to digital can request a physical card in-person or by submitting a request. A charge of £15 will be applied. Please note, this option is only available to supporters who purchased during the 2025-26 season ticket early bird period and no physical season card requests will be considered by those purchasing during the new sales window.
All physical season cards will be issued from the first week in August. Once this has been processed, no further cards will be sold. If you do not receive your card before Friday 15th August, please get in touch.
Should you misplace your card during the season, a duplicate card will not be provided and fans are reminded that their season ticket is their responsibility.
