Season Ticket Holders with 20+ Black Cats Points (BCP) will be able to purchase tickets from 3pm on Monday 28 September until 2pm on Tuesday 29 September.
Should tickets remain following this phase, Season Ticket Holders with 10+ BCP will then have an opportunity to purchase from 3pm on Wednesday 30 September until 2pm on Thursday 1 October.
If tickets remain after these phases, sales will then be opened to Season Ticket Holders with 0+ BCP from 3pm on Thursday 1 October until 2pm on Friday 2 October.
The Black Cats will travel to Portugal for their first away fixture in the league phase on Thursday 15 October (5.45pm kick-off), following an opening-night victory over AZ Alkmaar at the Stadium of Light last week.
The Club has received an allocation of 3,990 tickets for the fixture, including 12 wheelchair spaces.

- £18 - Block 4A
- £27 - Blocks 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E and 4D
All tickets will be sold on an unreserved seating basis, with supporters able to sit in any available seat within their allocated block.
Supporters aged under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
Ticket collection (Updated: Fri 25 Sept 12:45pm)
Following our team completing a pre-match visit, Sunderland AFC has today been informed by SCU Torreense and the local authorities in Portugal that in-person ticket collection in Leiria will no longer be possible. We apologise for the change to the information previously provided. This was the result of a late decision to change the ticketing arrangements that our hosts in Portugal had previously advised us of and was entirely out of our control.
As an exceptional measure, supporters attending the fixture will receive a digital ticket for this match only.
This change applies exclusively to the Torreense fixture and does not affect the ticketing arrangements for future Europa League away fixtures.
The Club will confirm when and how digital tickets will be issued as soon as that information is confirmed. We will also produce a full travel guide for fans who are travelling, in due course.
We take this opportunity to remind fans to only purchase tickets from the Club directly. We are aware that some local sales to travelling fans may be ongoing. Purchasing tickets from the Club will allow us to support fans properly in Portugal, which may be an important factor at what is effectively a neutral venue.
