Black Cat Points from our fixture against AZ Alkmaar will be uploaded to supporter accounts in bulk.
Eligible supporters who successfully purchased a ticket and scanned into the Stadium of Light for the fixture will have the relevant Black Cat Point added to their account automatically.
Please note that points may not appear immediately while the bulk upload is being processed.
There is no need to contact the Ticket Office if your point is not yet showing on your account. Please allow 7 days of each fixture.
