We'll confirm your position once a season, after season ticket renewals have been processed.
How many season tickets become available each year?
It depends on renewals and seat availability, so it varies season to season. Last season, approximately 300 seats became available.
How will I be notified when it's my turn to purchase a season ticket?
The club will contact you directly and let you know which areas have availability. You'll then have a short window to decide whether to take up the offer. We can't guarantee a specific location in the ground, seat availability decides where that is.
Can I decline a seat offer and keep my position on the list?
Yes, you can decline and stay on the list. Bear in mind you may miss out on any further availability that season.
Does joining the waiting list guarantee me a season ticket?
No. It gives you a fixed position in the queue. When a season ticket becomes available, it's offered in list order.
I'm on the list, when will I get a season ticket?
There's no fixed timescale, it depends on renewals and seat availability each season.
Do I need to do anything to keep my place?
Yes. Your membership needs to stay active. If it lapses, you lose your place on the list.
What happens to my position if I don't renew my membership?
You'll lose your position on the list. Your membership needs to stay active for you to remain on it.
Can I transfer my position to someone else?
No. Membership and waiting list positions can't be transferred.
I have a position on the list but no longer wish to remain on it, what should I do?
Contact us via Help SAFC and we'll remove you from the list.
Can I add other people to the list?
Yes, if they're connected to you through Friends & Family on your Ticketing account. Each person needs their own valid membership. Find out more about Friends & Family here.
Can a child be successful on the waiting list without an adult?
No. Academy Members must be linked to an Adult Member through Friends & Family to hold a position on the list.
If I'm a current Season Ticket holder and my child is on the waiting list, can they get a seat with me if successful?
Not guaranteed. There's no guarantee a seat will be available next to yours. To make sure your child isn't seated separately, you may need to move seats yourself.
I'm a disabled supporter joining the waiting list, how does my personal assistant join?
Submit your disability documentation via Help SAFC first, then contact the Ticket Office to have a complimentary PA membership assigned to your account. Once that's done, your PA can join the waiting list alongside you. The two positions are linked, if your membership lapses, your PA's place goes with it.
