The Friends & Family feature allows supporters to link accounts so tickets can be purchased and managed on behalf of others.
Follow the steps below to add a Friend or Family member to your account.
- Click on the initials in the corner:

3. Create a relationship options can be selected and then you can choose strong/standard.
Understanding Relationship Types
Standard Relationship
- You can purchase tickets and assign them to each other.
- Both supporters must have their own ticketing account.
- This is suitable for friends or family members who occasionally buy tickets for one another.
Strong Relationship
- You can fully manage tickets for each other.
- This includes:
- Season ticket reservations
- Ticket forwarding
- Ticket downloads
- You can only have one Strong Relationship in your Friends & Family list at any time.
Important Information
- Both supporters must be registered with a valid Sunderland ticketing account.
- Ensure supporter numbers and personal details are entered correctly when linking accounts.
- You can manage or remove relationships within your Friends & Family settings at any time.
