Your Supporter ID, formerly known as Customer Reference Number or CRN, can be found on all old purchase confirmation emails from our previous Ticketing partner.
If you have an iPhone, your Supporter ID will also appear in the top right-hand corner of your digital ticket. If your old ticket is not appearing, please navigate to the 'Expired Passes' section of your smart wallet.
