YOU WILL ONLY NEED TO COMPLETE THIS TASK IF YOUR EMAIL IS USED ON MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
We recently contacted all supporters with multiple supporter IDs to let you know that each ticketing account now requires a unique email address ahead of the 2026/27 season. If you haven't had a chance to act on this yet, here's what you need to know and why it matters.
Does this affect me?
You only need to take action if the same email address is registered across more than one supporter account. If each of your accounts already has its own unique email address, you don't need to do anything.
Why we're doing this
We're upgrading to a new login system across website and ticketing platforms ahead of the 2026/27 season. For it to work properly, every supporter ticketing account needs its own unique email address, as email will be the primary login identifier. This ensures that the right communications reach the right accounts and that no two accounts are incorrectly merged when the new system goes live in a few weeks.
On kids' accounts
We know this creates extra work for families managing accounts on behalf of children. Each account still needs its own email address, but you'll still be able to link and manage family accounts exactly as you do now. A free email address through takes a couple of minutes to set up and doesn't need to be actively used. It just needs to exist, so the account is protected and accessible after we've updated our login system.
If your child's account is merged into yours because it doesn't have its own email address, their ticket history and loyalty record could be lost. Two minutes now saves a much bigger headache later.
The deadline
Supporters must take action before 5 p.m. on 26 June. Failing to do so will cause issues when logging in to your secondary supporter ID ticketing accounts. To update your details, please follow the steps outlined in our FAQs. If you need assistance, please contact the ticket office, and the team will be happy to help.
1: Login into your ticketing account and select your initials in the top-right corner of the screen, then click personal details.
2: Click edit.
3: Update details and then click save.
