Please note: A link will be added to the individual supporters account. Each person will need to log into their own account to access the download link. All Away tickets are sold on a individual basis and must not be shared, sold or used by anyone other than the ticket owner. The club reserved the right to spot check any supporter.
- Log in to your online ticketing account by using your email address and password. If you have not logged into your account before, you will be required to do a password reset.
- Once logged in, click on your initials
Click the My Account tab
- Your Away Ticket will appear underneath your Black Cat Points balance.
The link will automatically take you to the ticket. You will then be prompted to add the ticket to either Apple or Google wallet.
FAQ
Q. When will I receive my ticket?
A. We aim to have all digital away tickets loaded into accounts at least 48 hours before the fixture however, where possible, they will be added to the account earlier. If your ticket is not in your account 48 hours before the fixture, please contact the Ticket Office.
Q. I'm receiving an error message when trying to download my ticket, what should I do?
A. Please ensure that you click the downloadable link only once. The away ticket can only be downloaded once. If you fail to download the away ticket on your first attempt, you will need to collect a duplicate ticket from the Host Club ticket office.
Q. My ticket shows the maximum download has been exceeded, what should I do?
A. Your ticket only needs to be downloaded once. As tickets are for the sole use of the ticket owner only so should not exceed more than one download. If this occurs, you will need to visit the Away Club's Ticket Office with a form of valid photo ID to reactivate the ticket.
Q. I do not have a smart device, can I get my ticket printed at the Ticket Office?
A. The Away club issue the tickets for Away games and cannot be reprinted from Sunderland's Ticket Office. We advise you find a family member or friend who you may be travelling with to assist you for the Away fixture.
