The format of Premier League Away tickets will differ game to game, depending on the home club's Ticketing setup. Each club will advise us on the format of their tickets (e.g. Digital/Print at Home/Paper) and we will inform our Supporters with the relevant information before tickets go on-sale.
Paper Tickets: These will be posted to the home address of the lead booker.
Digital/Print at Home Tickets: These will be sent to the email address of the lead booker.

If your Away tickets haven't arrived 48hrs before kick-off, please contact the Ticket Office with your booking details. All unreceived Away tickets are duplicated by the home club and need to be collect from the relevant Away ticket office with a valisd ID; duplicate Away tickets cannot be collected from our Stadium of Light Ticket Office. If your ticket arrives after you have contacted us, any arranged duplicate tickets will still need to be collected as your original ticket is now void.
