Where can I buy tickets?
General admission tickets are available from Ticketmaster, AXS and See Tickets. They will go on sale at 09:30 on

Can I buy a Premium Experience package for the concert?
Yes, these are available – www.safc.com/concerts. Premium Experience packages start from £239 (plus VAT).
I am a wheelchair user or need ease of access seating and would like to attend. Will there be a designated area for me at the concert?
Yes, there will be a designated wheelchair user area and some ease of access seating available.
My circumstances have changed since I purchased my ticket and I am now a wheelchair user. What should I do?

How many tickets can I buy?
General sales tickets are limited to six per person.
Is there a booking fee?
Tickets are sold subject to booking fee which will vary by ticket agent.
Are there any age restrictions?
The minimum age you can enter the Stadium without an adult is 14 years. Any child under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult who is over 18 years old. Any child attending the concert without an accompanying adult will be refused entry. No under 14s are allowed on the pitch
What time do doors open?
Doors to the Stadium will open at approx. 5pm (subject to change)
What time will Take That be on stage?
This is to be confirmed. Keep an eye on the website for more information.
I can’t go any more and need to sell on my ticket. What do I do?

When will we receive our tickets?
This will be nearer the show date and will be advised.
I bought tickets off an unauthorised secondary ticket re-sale website and have been refused entry. What can I do to get my money back?
We advise purchasing from partnered ticket sellers only. In this instance, we would advise that you need to contact the secondary site as we have no control over tickets being sold by unauthorised sites.
I live outside of the UK; will you mail my tickets to me?

Can I purchase food and drink in the stadium during the concert?
Yes, there will be a wide range of food and beverages available to buy. Alcohol will be available to buy for adults aged 18 and over, however you will be required to provide photo identification as proof of age. Please note the Stadium of Light is a cashless venue
How will I get up-to-date information in the days leading up to the concert?
SAFC will have a page on their website dedicated to the Take That concert. Please also contact the promoter direct and the agent you purchased your ticket from for further information.
Where will the stage be within the stadium?
South Stand stage
Will there be parking available on the day of the concert at the stadium for the public?
There will be no parking at the stadium. The stadium area will be closed to traffic from 7am on the day of the concert.
Where can I get information on public transport to the venue?
Closer to the event information on how to get to the ground can be found on the concert section of the SAFC website. www.safc.com/concets
Will there be a guide to assist in finding the stadium, the correct entrance and how to find my seat/area?
Yes, this will be available nearer the time via the SAFC website. There will also be maps and signage positioned all around the stadium village site. Concert ‘meet and great’ teams will be located around the site to assist you with finding your correct entry point/seat.
