Please ensure you are not on the main club website safc.com. This has no relevance to your ticketing account and you will not receive a password reset email from this site by entering your Supporter ID.
Supporter ID's (formerly Customer Reference Number or CRN) that have purchased a ticket within the 3 last seasons have been transferred onto our new Ticketing site - tickets.safc.com. To gain access, these Supporters must first use the 'Forgotten Password' function on the new site; passwords from our previous Ticketing partner are encrypted and therefore could not be transferred. Further guidance can be found below:
- Find your Supporter ID from an old digital ticket or confirmation email
- Navigate to tickets.safc.com
- Click "Log In"
- Click "Forgot Password"
- Enter your Supporter ID and click "Forgot Password"
- Navigate to your email inbox for your reset link - please check your junk/spam
- Click the link and enter a new Password
