Your ticket
You get your ticket the same way as any away game, with one difference: it can’t be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Instead, you need to save it yourself. You have three ways to do it:

Before you travel
Download your ticket before you leave home. It takes two minutes and avoids any problems in Portugal.
Check every ticket. Make sure you can see the full QR code, plus your block, row and seat. If you bought for other people, check theirs too.
If you leave it until you’re in Portugal, you’ll need mobile data to log in. Switch data roaming on and check with your network what it costs.
Block 4D has moved to Block 4B
Torreense have made a late change to the seating. If your ticket was in Block 4D, they have moved your seat to Block 4B. This was Torreense’s decision, not Sunderland AFC’s. It affects 393 supporters, and we’ll contact each of them directly over the weekend.
The ticket in your account shows the correct block. If the one you’ve already saved or printed still says 4D, log in and save it again: tickets.safc.com
At the stadium
The game is at the Estádio Dr. Magalhães Pessoa in Leiria, not in Torres Vedras.
Bring your passport to the stadium. You may be asked to show it with your ticket at the turnstiles, so don’t leave it at the hotel.
Torreense have asked all supporters to sit in their allocated seat. Check your block, row and seat number before you go in. If you were originally in Block 4D, Torreense have moved your seat to Block 4B, so go by what your ticket says.
