- What is a Sunderland AFC Club Account
A Club Account is to help supporters access selected club services using one streamlined login. It specifically covers the logging into Ticketing tickets.safc.com and Website services e.g. Streaming www.safc.com.
- I already have a SAFC.com/streaming account
You can login using your existing SAFC.com account & where your details match the account in the ticket platform, these accounts will be automatically linked.
- I already have a ticketing account but not an SAFC.com/streaming account
You will be able to complete a password reset at sso.safc.com, using the email in use on your ticketing account. You will receive a password reset email and will then be able to create a new password and login.
- Will my ticketing account be linked?
Your Club Account will link with your ticketing account, and your website account providing the relevant details across both accounts.
If more than one ticketing account is linked to the same email address, the original account (lowest supporter number) will be matched with the Club Account. If you want a different ticketing account linked the Ticket Office can change the link and also merge all duplicate accounts together so all the history across duplicate accounts are merged into just one account.
- I cannot see my ticketing account once I am logged in
If your ticketing account is not showing within your Club Account, please contact the Ticket Office on 0371 911 1973 or submit a request via Help SAFC.
- What can I access through my Club Account?
Supporters will be able to view and manager the account overview, including personal details, (address, contact details etc.) marketing preferences and previous streaming purchases.
- I have not received an email
