Before you begin to upgrade your ticket, please read the following guide:
- You can't downgrade from an Adult price type online. If you're forwarding from an Adult to another cheaper price type, please select the Adult price type when you're forwarding the ticket. This will ensure you can proceed.
- The Supporter you're upgrading a ticket to must have a Supporter ID on tickets.safc.com, and be in your Friends & Family list.
- Tickets are 1 Per Supporter ID. If you're forwarding multiple tickets, each ticket must be assigned to a different owner and processed 1 at a time.
- If you have a strong relationship with other supporters, you will also be able to upgrade their tickets directly from your account. Please select their tickets and wait a few seconds for the 'Forward Ticket' button to turn red to proceed.
- Age validation is in place. If you're forwarding to a supporter in another age group (e.g. Under 14 -> Over 65) you will be asked to upgrade by paying the prorata price.
- Ticket upgrading cannot be reversed once confirmed.
