If you are a season ticket holder who manages other supporters' tickets, please ensure you have the correct permission to purchase your home play-off tickets at the same time as your own. The season ticket holder you'd like to manage tickets for can follow the steps below to ensure you have the right permissions:
1. Log into your e-ticketing account using your customer number and password
2. Click the profile icon in the top right-hand corner
3. Click 'View Account Menu'
4. Click 'Network'
5. Click the supporter you'd like to manage your tickets
6. Click 'Edit' on 'Supporter can assign tickets to me'
7. Change this to 'Supporter can manage tickets for me' and click Save
9. This supporter can now manage ticket reservations on your behalf
If you are purchasing tickets during general sale and wish to assign tickets to other supporters, please follow the steps below to add them to your network:
1. Log into your e-ticketing account using your customer number and password
2. Click the profile icon in the top right-hand corner
3. Click 'View Account Menu'
4. Click 'Network'
5. Click 'Add Friends & Family'
6. Enter their customer number and surname then click search
7. Click 'Add Member'
8. The supporter is now in your network to be assigned tickets
