Wheelchair/ambulant supporters can purchase their season ticket online or by visiting the ticket office; associated personal assistant (PA) tickets cannot be bought online. PA tickets are only available for purchase upon providing one of the documentation below, dated within the last 12 months:

PIP: Confirmation of higher/enhanced rate daily care or mobility

DLA: Confirmation of higher/enhanced rate daily care or mobility

Attendance Allowance: Confirmation of higher rate

Veterans agency letter confirming War Disablement Pension

Blind or partially sighted registration certificated (BD8 or CVI)
If you are purchasing a PA ticket on behalf of a wheelchair/ambulant supporter in-person, paperwork dated within the last 12 months and valid identification for the wheelchair/ambulant supporter will be required.
If you are a supporter from outside of the UK, please provide equivalent documentation.
