Season ticket holders wishing to move seat for the new campaign will be able to do so whilst retaining their Black Cat Points.
Supporters wishing to move seats to one not currently occupied by a 2024-25 season ticket holder can do so at any point during the renewal window, and this can be done in person at the ticket office during non-matchday opening hours. Fans are advised to identify an available seat online before visiting the ticket office. Please do not purchase a new season ticket online in the seat you'd like to move in to as this does not cancel your renewing season ticket and you may be charged twice.
Supporters wishing to move to a seat that has not been renewed for 25-26 will be able to do so in June, following the conclusion of the 24-25 season and the launch of our new ticketing system. Fans are advised to renew their current seat to take advantage of the loyalty pricing before moving.
No seat moves will be processed after the second home game of the 25-26 season, other than for genuine safeguarding or mobility concerns.
