You will receive your digital ticket by email from eticket@skidata.com.
Your ticket will include 2 download options, Apple Wallet and Google wallet.
For Iphone devices
If you have an iphone you need to add your Ticket to apple wallet. This will then open in safari with a prompt to add the ticket.
Once added, your ticket will remain in your wallet and is ready to use. When the Hold Near Reader message displays, the ticket can be scanned.
The NFC chip on an iphone is generally at the top of the device near the camera. You should present your device to the turnstile reader. If this is unsuccessful, you can click the information icon to access the QR code which you can alternatively scan which also includes your ticket information.
For Android devices
Your email will display the same as the first image, with the option to add to Apple or Google Wallet. For all android devices, add to Google Wallet.
If your device does not already have google wallet downloaded, please watch the video below.
One thing to keep in mind for
-Please open the ticket in Chrome browser, opening the ticket in another browser, such as Samsung internet will cause the ticket to be stored in the browser rather than in your Google Pay app.
You can change your default browser in your device settings and then typing default browser.
Once clicking add to google wallet. Your ticket should then be added to the Wallet app.
Your ticket is now ready to use when you can see the contactless symbol.
The NFC chip varies in each Android device with some being at the top of the phone and others being at the bottom of the phone. If you cannot get your ticket to scan using the NFC on the device, please select the show code option which will display a QR code you will be able to scan.
