If you have changed your mobile device, you must ‘remove pass’ from your previous smart phone and / or smart watch.
To delete a pass from your phone, open the wallet app on your phone and select your digital pass. After opening your pass, select the 3 dots in the top righthand corner and select remove pass. Once this is done you can go back to your original email which will be sent from eticket@skidata.com and add this to the new phone.
